If the contract directly or indirectly provides for the sale of goods by looking at samples, then such goods shall be deemed to be sold by looking at samples.
(2) In the case of an agreement to sell goods after viewing a sample, the following conditions shall be deemed to exist in such an agreement, unless otherwise stipulated in the agreement:-
(a) the quality of the bulk goods being in accordance with the quality of the sample,
(b) that the buyer has had a reasonable opportunity to compare the quality of the bulk quantity of the goods,
(c) that the goods sold or to be sold are free from any defects and that such goods are of satisfactory quality as seen when compared with samples.
